
The school requires a minimum of ten (10) students otherwise class shall not begin, and enrollment fee will be returned. Due to limit room capacity, reservation must be paid in advance. "Walk-in" registration is acceptable if there is an available seat on the first day of class. If a student chooses to withdraw from Alfredo's Driving School, Inc. he/she may do so ONLY by providing written notice of intent to withdraw. Fees will be reimbursed based on the following schedule: Withdrawal prior to start: 100% of fees paid. Withdrawal after start: 55% of fees paid divided by 30 hours for each hour of classroom not completed. 45% of fees paid divided by 6 hours for each of Behind-The-Wheel intruction not completed. Note: All students who withdraw will receive documentation of training recived. This documentation may be used to transfer to a new driving school. Office hours are from 10:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday. Lunch time 12:00pm to 1:00pm. Saturday and Sunday classroom only. Students stars on "Days One" and continues to advance in Unit sequence until "Day Ten" to finish the thirty (30) hours classroom. A student who misses the first class cannot attend the remainder of that two week session. The six (6) hours driving can be completed either during the two weeks of classroom or after. Then, a Driver Completion Certificate of Electronic Data Entry will be issued. Weekday classes are held from Monday to Friday. Weekend classes are held on Saturday and Sunday only. To be exempted from the final examination, the students must pass all Unit test with a score of at least 80%. No more than two (2) classes can be made up. More than two (2) missed class, failure to do so will require the student to restart the entire Driver Education Program. Students can attend "Make-Up" classes if seat is available and classroom in not filled up to capacity. Students must call first to find out if seat is available for him/her. Must be returned to Alfredo's Driving School, Inc. in the condition they where recived. Students must reimburse $50.00 to Alfredo's for failed to return their books in poor condition at the end of the course. Notify us 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel an already made arranged In-Car schedule; otherwise, student we will be charge a $50.00 cancellation fee for no shows. Students must be no later than fifteen (15) minutes late. After fifteen (15) minutes students will not receive credit for the day. A student who repeatedly distracts and disrupts a class either by misbehaving and/or persistently talking shall be dismissed and received no credit hours. The school official will report the incident to the student's parents/guardian. The school reserves the right to discharge the students from class. All driving appointments must be scheduled after all checks have cleared and students must schedule in person. Students will be picked up from the Alfredo's Driving School, Inc. office. A students who vandalizes school properties shall be expelled. The student or parent/guardian shall be responsible. No refund shall be given. These regulations, apply to all students or clients enrolled at Alfredo's Driving School, Inc. Final test will only be given to students who complete all units (Units 1 thru 8). Alfredo's Driving School, Inc. submit and utilizes the Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) Electronic Data Entry to imput each students Certificate of Completion and receive a passing score on each course assignment. NOTE: Driver Education Program: Motor Vehicle Administration MVA requires providers to complete entire course in sixteen (16) weeks. Alfredo's Driving School, Inc. on average can complete entire course in twenty (20) weeks or five (5) months. |
